The System is designed to maintain the desired purity, evaporative cooling temperature and over-pressure in the department. The supplied air quantity is estimated based on heat load, air leakage and ambient air quality. Ventilation Systems can be with or without air washer with appropriate exhaust system.
The system is designed and developed considering all heat sources in the department and required relative humidity are maintained constantly at desired level with air washers / chilled water cooling coil system. Supply and return air system is designed considering concentration of heat load to maintain uniform conditions in the department and to avoid any hot zones.
The highest form of thermal energy recovery in air handling systems is the rotary heat exchanger. There is no other system of energy recovery that can deliver high efficiencies with high air volumes in limited room spaces. Plate heat exchangers are the preferred option in ventilation systems where any ‘circulation’ of air is undesirable. In other words, the incoming and outgoing airstreams are completely isolated and no moisture or odours can be transferred.
